The Peak District: Edale to Mam Tor Walk.
A fairly quick but exhilarating walk up to Mam Tor from Edale Station.
The Peak District: Froggatt Bridge (River Derwent).
A peaceful and easy walk in the valley, along the River Derwent, near Curbar Edge. This is a perfect spot for wild garlic foraging in Spring.
The Peak District: Bakewell to Hassop Circular
An easy breezy short circular route that was the perfect introduction to my time in The Peak District. Passing the Monsal Trail and Hassop there’s some flat ground and even a cafe to stop and have an ice cream and buy a book or map.
Comb Reservoir and Eccles Pike
A lovely wild swimming and parking spot with a vast viewpoint in the Peak District.
The Peak District: Monsal Head and Dale Loop
Monsal Head is a generous spot with incredible views and peaceful walks. This hour long loop will see you walking down to the dale, under the viaduct and back up to take in more views.
